Note :Any other shape size & grade can be developed to suite specific requirement. Ceramics are available in COARSE (HA, B), MEDIUM & FINE (P) grade.

Porcelain ceramics of different shapes & sizes are available in fine , medium & abrasive grade. Maximum deburring efficiency is obtained with flat sided media such as PRISM & PYRAMID. Precision or less aggressive stock removal is obtained with cylinders and cones. A perfect selection of ceramic can have a pronounced effect on the quality of finishing obtained and the cycle time needed to achieve it.

Plastic media

Resin Bonded media is the best for surface refinement of soft metals like aluminium. It smoothens & produce uniform finish without leaving dents or scratch marks on the surface.

Steel media

Works harder, last longer. Steel uses its weight (4 times than ceramics) to produce bright, shiny surfaces on ferrous & non ferrous metals. When combined with steel™s long life & dimensional stability, it becomes even more compelling way to finish. It is non consuming.

Corn-Cobs

Dust free corncob media for cleaning, stain free drying and polishing of metal parts. Normally available in coarse, medium & fine mesh.
