Porcelain ceramics of different shapes
& sizes are available in fine , medium & abrasive grade.
Maximum deburring efficiency is obtained with flat sided media
such as PRISM & PYRAMID. Precision or less aggressive stock
removal is obtained with cylinders and cones. A perfect
selection of ceramic can have a pronounced effect on the
quality of finishing obtained and the cycle time needed to
achieve it.
Works harder, last longer.
Steel uses its weight (4 times than ceramics) to produce
bright, shiny surfaces on ferrous & non ferrous metals. When
combined with steel™s long life & dimensional stability, it
becomes even more compelling way to finish. It is non
consuming.
Dust free corncob media for
cleaning, stain free drying and polishing of metal parts.
Normally available in coarse, medium & fine mesh.
